Arne’s Side Dumps

Arne’s side dump trailers are available in two different styles popular with construction, agriculture and modern commercial trucking tractor trailers and semis. Those are the V style dump or tub style boxes. They are also available in both driver or curb sides. They feature a main frame constructed of 100,000 psi tensile flange, flared I beam cross member flanges and stiffener ribs that are formed into the webs. There are also formed 8-inch channels between the suspension hangers for even more structural integrity in the frame. The cylinder location protects the hydraulic components. It also improves dumping functionality. Arne’s side dumps sold at Star Trailer Sales includes a five-year warranty on the main frame rails as well as a three-year warranty on the dump box.

Arne’s End Dumps

Arne’s end dump trailers are available in both tandem and tri-axle models. The main frame features the same 100,000 psi tensile material and the same I beam cross member flanges and stiffener beams as well as the 8-inch channels between suspension. A box width of 8.5 feet designed by Arne’s has wide hat channels and formed “Z’s”. Those are there to support the floor full length, which can help to minimize any floor sag you may otherwise encounter with your end dump trailer. The full width floor cross members eliminate box flex in your hoisted position with this dump trailer for sale at Star Trailer Sales. The floor is made of 3/16-inch abrasion resistant material. The material has rounded corners reaching nine inches up the sides. This gives crews durability without added weight stress. These trailers have lower center of gravity for better stability too.
